Store Policies

Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

 

Shipping charges vary depending upon your location in the United States and the shipping method that you choose. 

We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time. The following United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping options are available for you at  checkout:

  • UPS SurePost - delivery within 3 - 7 business days delivered by your postal carrier.

  • UPS Ground - delivery within 2 to 5 business days.

  • UPS 3-Day Select - air or ground delivery within 3 business days.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air - air delivery within 2 business days.

While we strive to have all orders shipped within 48 hours (excluding orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), during peak holiday times such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas, additional handling time may be required.

 

Due to the perishable nature of our sweet treats, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.  

 

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING 

During the warmer months of May-September, insulated packaging are advised to keep your treats cool.

 

 

In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged please contact us.  We will take some information that is necessary for us to file a damage claim, in addition to asking you to take photos of the package and the damaged items.  We will then file a damage claim with the shipping carrier.  You will be notified, after the claim was processed, as to whether we will issue a refund or reship your order.  

 

Please note: all damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

For your health and safety, we are unable to accept any returns on food items - this includes candy, snacks, or anything we sell that is edible.  The only exception for this is if the item arrived damaged, Please notify us within 24hours.

 

 

Refused Orders: There will be a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping charge and any charges related to the products being returned to us.
In the event that a product that was ordered is unavailable. You will not be charged.
